  • When will my order be delivered?

  • Can I collect?
    We apologise, but our warehouses are not open to the public. Therefore, we exclusively offer product delivery as our primary distribution method.
  • Can I take the equipment abroad with me?
    Of course you can! However, please bear in mind that we won't be able to provide coverage for breakdowns that occur outside of the UK.
  • What if something goes wrong with my equipment?
    In the event of an issue during working hours, please call us promptly at 0203 005 2385 and simultaneously send an email to [email protected] detailing the problem. We will prioritise your concern and get in touch with you as soon as possible to assist you further.
