    Delivery
    We have a number of delivery options, Monday to Friday for you to choose from, each product has it’s own delivery options so please select your rental dates on a product page to view the options available.
    Standard Next Day 8am - 8pm
    Your delivery will be between 8am - 8pm on the starting date of your booking
    Next Day Before 12pm
    Your delivery will arrive before 12pm on the starting date of your booking
    Collection
    By default the standard collection option will be set for you, Monday to Friday.
    Standard Collection 8am - 8pm
    Your collection will be between 8am - 8pm on the end date of your booking, you will be allocate a collection window on the day of collection
    Delivery Information
    Our courier offers you tracking throughout your delivery
    It's reassuring to have the certainty of knowing when to expect a delivery, ensuring you don't spend the entire day waiting. That's why we've teamed up with DHL to offer you exceptional delivery services, complete with real-time parcel tracking.
    Here's an overview of what to expect:
    Delivery
    You’ll be notified by both email and text messages of your delivery progress.
    1. Tracking Number:You’ll receive an email wth your tracking number as soon as DHL has your parcel.
    2. On-route:The day of your delivery you’ll receive an email and text message with a delivery window.
    3. Making Changes to Your Delivery:Follow the link in your delivery notification to make any changes to your delivery.
    4. Delivered:We are notified that you’ve received your parcel. Please make sure to keep your packaging for your collection.
    Collection
    Your products will be collected in the same packaging they were delivered in so no need to worry about packaging!
    1. Packing for collection:Please repack your products in the same way you received them. There is a video provided below to show you how to do this.
    2. On-the-day:The day of your collection you’ll receive an email with a 2 hour delivery window.
    3. Collected:We are notified that we have received your parcel.
    ** We do our best to deliver and collect on your selected dates but please be aware that in some circumstances there may be delays and we do not guarantee delivery. We are not able to refund delivery cost if the delivery is delayed.
