Choose from a range of delivery slots when you book. Most products offer next-day delivery.

Mon–Sat, 9am–8pm.

Before noon

Morning slot, Mon–Sat, before 12pm.

Same-day

Select locations only. Order before midday, arrive by 8pm.

What to expect after placing your order

We’ve partnered with DHL so you get real-time tracking, delivery windows on the day, and text updates at every step.

1. Tracking number

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as DHL has your parcel.

2. On the way

On delivery day you’ll receive an email and text with a delivery window.

3. Make changes

Follow the link in your notification to change your delivery time or location.

4. Delivered

We’re notified when you’ve received your parcel. Keep the packaging for collection.

Collection

Collections run Monday to Friday. No return label needed — just repack in the same box.

How collection works

Your equipment will be collected in the same packaging it arrived in. No labels, no printing, no post office.

1. Repack your equipment

Pack it the same way it arrived. Watch the video below if you need a reminder.

2. Collection window

On collection day you’ll receive an email with a 2-hour window (8am–8pm).

3. DHL collects

The driver will collect from your door. We’re notified when it’s been picked up.

We do our best to deliver and collect on your selected dates, but in some circumstances there may be delays. We cannot guarantee delivery times or refund delivery costs if delays occur.
