Can you deliver to my hotel?
Yes, we can deliver directly to your hotel's concierge or reception and collect from them after you depart.
Can I collect from LendoCare?
Unfortunately, our warehouses are not open to the public. Therefore, we only offer product delivery and collection.
How do I arrange collection of my flexible order?
Please login to your LendoCare account and select a collection date to suit you, this will end your hire payments and book a collection on your selected date.
Can I take the equipment abroad with me?
Of course you can! However, please bear in mind that we won't be able to provide coverage for breakdowns that occur outside of the UK and you will be liable for the product during your travels.

Can I hire without a deposit?
The deposit is compulsory on the products where a deposit is stated and fully refundable if the product is returned in the same condition.

How much does it cost to hire a wheelchair?
Price may vary due to a number of factors such as product, availability and delivery options. To see your final price please enter your delivery postcode and select your hire dates, we also have weekly and monthly subscription pricing available.
Are there any additional charges?
There shouldn't be any surprise charges, be sure to check your order before booking.
Can I book extras/add-ons?
Yes, you will see a list of available extras/add-ons once you have entered your delivery postcode and selected your hire start date. The price of each extra/add-on is listed beside the extra/add-on name.
How do I book?
LendoCare offers a straightforward online booking process, allowing you to complete your reservation and payment in just three simple steps. Our user-friendly website handles all online bookings and payments. After booking, you can conveniently log in to your account to manage your bookings, payments, and access additional features.
Managing Your Order
When will my order be collected/picked up?
You will receive a notification from our delivery partner notifying you of the collection time on the end date of your hire. Unfortunately, we are unable to set a collection time slot for your collection.
How do I extend my order?
Please login to your LendoCare account and go to your orders page. Selecting your new collection date, this will calculate the cost of your extension and charge the payment method you have on your account.
Will I be charged if I cancel my order?
If you prepaid your booking and you cancel 2 days or more before your order start date, you will receive a full refund of the total amount. If you cancel your booking less than 2 days before your booking start date, we will refund the full booking amount and charge a cancellation fee of £30. If the total amount is less than the cancellation fee, no refund will be given.
When will my order be delivered?
You will receive a tracking number for your order, please follow the link to view live updates on your order status.
