Our goal is to bring customers easy access to at-home medical equipment and technology rentals. We find you all the products you need and make it easy to book and manage rental bookings all in one place.

What if something goes wrong with my equipment?
In the event of an issue during working hours, please contact us directly through your order management page by logging into your LendoCare account and clicking customer service. You can also send an email to [email protected] detailing the problem, we will call you as soon as possible and will prioritise your concern and get in touch with you as soon as possible to assist you further.
Can I take the equipment abroad with me?
Of course you can! However, please bear in mind that we won't be able to provide coverage for breakdowns that occur outside of the UK.
When will my order be delivered?
You can select your preferred delivery method during the checkout process. We provide a range of options, including next-day delivery. For additional details and in-depth information about our delivery choices, please visit our dedicated delivery page.
Can you deliver to my hotel?
Yes, we can deliver directly to your hotel's concierge or reception and collect from them after you depart.
Can you collect from another country in Europe?
Unfortunately, we don't yet operate outside the UK and can only deliver and collect from UK locations. We hope to be able to provide European coverage in the future.
How much does it cost to hire a wheelchair?
Price may vary due to a number of factors such as product, availability and delivery options. To see your final price please enter your delivery postcode and select your hire dates, we also have weekly and monthly subscription pricing available.
How do I book?
LendoCare offers a straightforward online booking process, allowing you to complete your reservation and payment in just three simple steps. Our user-friendly website handles all online bookings and payments. After booking, you can conveniently log in to your account to manage your bookings, payments, and access additional features.
Can I collect?
Unfortunatley, our warehouses are not open to the public. Therefore, we exclusively offer product delivery as our primary distribution method.

Can my collection be from a different address?
Of course, we can collect across the UK, just let us know your preferred collection address by logging in to your LendoCare account and messaging us by clicking customer service.
My collection has not happened
You will receive a notification on the morning of your collection with an estimated collection time slot. Please bear in mind that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and if your collection doesn't happen, please contact us as soon as possible through your LendoCare account and select customer service, so we can investigate
I would like a replacement
If you experience any issues and would like a replacement item please contact us as soon as possible through your LendoCare account, select your order and message us by clicking customer service. If you have photos please also email these to [email protected] this will allow us to process a replacement as soon as possible.
I would like to end my flexible order
Please login to your LendoCare account and select a collection date to suit you, this will end your hire payments and book a collection on your selected date.
